Coordinates the operation of cohort-based sophomore leadership program (ELI), while advising and training 20 student leaders to facilitate 80-person program. Assist in the coordination, planning, organization and facilitation of workshops, conferences, training, retreats, and outreach programs for the Payne Center for Leadership Development.

Mental Training in Performance Preparation among Professional Musicians as Compared to Elite Athletes        The purpose of this study is to investigate the individual pre-performance practices of professional musicians using phenomenological interviews. For this study pre-performance is defined as the time when the musician begins working on the performance piece lasting until and through the actual performance. This research will hopefully serve as a stepping stone for furthering the field of performance enhancement of musician preparation and adding to the existing body of knowledge regarding pre-performance practices among athletes.
